I've been in digital marketing for over 15 years, and I still geek out over a good software comparison. That probably tells you everything you need to know about me.

I started bytracyjackson.com because I got tired of reading "best of" lists written by people who had clearly never touched the products they were recommending. I have a background in computer programming and I've spent the better part of two decades running businesses, testing tools, and figuring out what actually works — not what looks good in a feature matrix.

Here's the thing: most of the content targeting small business owners is either too surface-level to be useful or too technical to be actionable. I built this site to sit in the middle — practical, honest, and written for people who are actually running something.
